Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order and before shipping confirmation.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Product

- A wrong item
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear unboxing video
- Photos of the issue
We will review and may offer replacement at our discretion.
